Attachments of an inspection

Quality documents, certificates, quality reports that were delivered or created, can be added digitally to the inspection. A picture of a damaged LPN, for example, can also be added.
These attachments can be viewed via:
  1. Choose Inspection Management > Inspections in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Find and select the inspection.
  3. In the sub tab Attachments, click Add Attachment .
  4. In the option group Properties, enter the following data:
    FieldExplanation
    Name

    (mandatory field)

    Name of the document.

    Description Description of the document.
    ID Field to be completed at your discretion, to assign an individual ID.
    Category Field to be completed at your discretion, to assign an individual category.
    Type

    Choose one of the following types:

    • URL
    • File Path
    • Database
    • Sharepoint

  5. Click Finish.
