Automatically generated inspections
An inspection rule ensures that inspection sheets with inspections are created automatically, if the conditions of the set inspection rule are complied with. The conditions can be for:
- a specific supplier, customer or carrier
- all items, a specific item or inspection group
- based on a given frequency
There are 3 types of inspection rules that can be added:
- Receipt inspection rules (only receipt, so not for received LPNs)
- LPN Receipt inspection rules
- LPN Production inspection rules
The receipt inspection rules and the LPN receipt inspection rules can be added for a supplier, customer or carrier:
- Add a supplier receipt inspection rule
- Add a customer receipt inspection rule
- Add a carrier receipt inspection rule
- Add a supplier LPN receipt inspection rule
- Add a customer LPN receipt inspection rule
- Add a carrier LPN receipt inspection rule
