Deallocate an order

An order which was automatically created to ship inputs to an external work center (order type EXTERNAL PRODUCTION) cannot be deallocated. To achieve this, deallocate the parent production order. See also Deallocate a production order and External work centers.

If one or more pick order(s) of this order are part of a pick group, this action will have an effect on the pick group. See Pick groups.

1. Choose Outbound Management > Orders in the Navigation Pane.
2. Select one or more orders with the status ALLOCATED.
3. Do one of the following:
   • Click Deallocate Order in the toolbar.
   • Right-click the selection and choose Deallocate Order in the shortcut menu.
4. Confirm in the dialog box Deallocate Order.
