Copy an inspection instruction

To create an inspection instruction quickly, you can copy and paste an existing instruction sheet.
  1. Choose Inspection Management > Inspection Instructions in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Select the inspection instruction.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Click Copy Inspection Instruction in the toolbar.
    • Right-click the selection and choose Copy Inspection Instruction in the shortcut menu.
  4. Click Paste Inspection Instruction in the toolbar.
    The inspection instruction is added and given the same name with a new sequence number between brackets.
  5. Change the inspection instruction data where necessary.
