Add an inspection group

  1. Choose Inspection Management > Inspection groups in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Right-click Inspection groups or My Inspection Groups in the Navigation Pane and choose New Inspection Group in the shortcut menu.
    • Click New Inspection Group in the toolbar.
  3. In the option group General, complete the fields below:
    FieldExplanation
    Name

    The name of the inspection group.

    For example: Beer group

    Description

    The description of the inspection group.

    For example: These beers need to be inspected

    ID Field to be completed at your discretion, to assign an individual ID.
    Category Field to be completed at your discretion, to assign an individual category.
  4. Click Finish.
  5. Where applicable, add free fields. See Edit free fields via icon (Configurator).
