Add a new hold reason

If a started task is on hold, a hold reason must be entered.

For example: Damaged content

  1. Choose Warehouse Management > Task Reasons in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Right-click Hold Reasons and choose New Hold Reason in the shortcut menu.
    • Click Hold Reasons in the Data Pane and click New Hold Reason in the toolbar of the tab Hold Reasons.
  3. In the option group Task Reason, complete the fields below:
    FieldExplanation

    Name

    (mandatory field)

    The name of the hold reason.

    Description The description of the hold reason.
    ID Field to be completed at your discretion, to assign an individual ID.
    Category The category can be programmed on request of the customer by Objective.
  4. Click Finish.
  5. Where applicable, add translations. See Add translations via tab.
