View replenish tasks of open replenishments

The tab Replenish Tasks displays the tasks that are to be completed to execute the replenishment.

For example: An order has been received for 10 LPNs of foil. No foil is left at the pick location, so replenishment should take place. The replenishment is registered in the tab Open Replenishments. For each LPN that is to be moved to the pick location, a replenish task is generated. These tasks appear in the tab Replenish Tasks. As soon as a replenish task has been completed, this is registered in the tab Replenishment Track & Trace.

A replenish task can be held, reset or closed. The task priority can be adjusted, the LPN content can be viewed and events can be viewed.

  1. Choose Warehouse Management > Replenishments in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Select one or more open replenishments in the tab Open Replenishments.
  3. Check the replenish tasks in the tab Replenish Tasks.
    In case of replenishment via SKU replenishment rules, an LPN group is created which groups the various tasks. The tasks include creating a new LPN and seeking appropriate SKU stock at various locations to completely fill the LPN according to the configuration of the type of container for the item.
