Replenishment

Inventory at the pick locations, pick zones and LPN buffers is kept in balance through replenishment.

For the replenishment the following is set:

• when replenishment must take place
• how many units or up to how many units should be replenished
• possible options for replenishment

Replenishment can take place via:

• Automatic replenishment: Tasks are generated automatically by Objective based on replenishment parameters.
• Manual replenishment: Tasks are added manually by the supervisor.

The replenishment tasks are executed by the operator via an RF device.
