Reallocate a replenishment

If the replenishment level of a pick location, pick zone or LPN buffer is reached, a replenishment is created. If there is sufficient inventory to replenish, replenish tasks are generated. If there is not enough inventory to replenish, no replenish tasks are generated.

For example: After unlocking items you can check if replenish tasks can be added for the open replenishments.

Command: REALLOCATE REPLENISHMENT SHORTAGES
  1. Choose Warehouse Management > Replenishments in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Choose the tab Open Replenishments in the Data Pane.
  3. Select an open replenishment.
  4. Click Reallocate Replenishment .
  5. Confirm in the dialog box Reallocate Replenishment.
  6. A message about tasks that can be executed again may appear. Read carefully and click Finish.
