Show/hide the indicator icons

The start time of operations is evaluated and an icon of a specific color appears at the beginning (or end) of the operation. An icon also appears if the operation is frozen or if something is wrong with it. An overview of possible icons:

Icon Explanation
The operation is released but has not yet been started by the operator.
The operation is active. The operator has started the operation.
The operation is released but has not yet been started by the operator and the planned start time can no longer be met. For example: The previous job will take longer than planned.
The operation is released but has not yet been started by the operator and the planned start time has already passed.
The operation is active but will end later than planned.

Something is wrong with the operation. Click Refresh Data to obtain the current planning.

For example: A different supervisor already moved or deleted the operation.

The operation is frozen. The operation cannot be moved.
  1. Choose Production Management in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Click the element Departments, Machines, (External) Work Centers, Resource Groups or Planning Cells.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Choose a department, machine, (external) work center, resource group or planning cell.
    • Choose My 'Element'.
    • Choose a filter.
  4. Choose the tab Planning.
  5. Click User Properties .
  6. In the option group General, check the option Show indicator icons to show the icons or uncheck the option to hide the icons.
