Edit the planning board offline

The supervisor can edit the planning of a planning cell offline in a separate window. This allows the supervisor to make edits to the planning, without changing the current (live) planning.

The planning of one planning cell can only be edited by one supervisor at a time. Multiple planning cells can be edited simultaneously by one supervisor.
Before applying the planning, Objective checks that the new planning is not delayed too much (the planned operations must be planned at least 5 minutes before the current point in time). The supervisor can decide whether the planning may be pushed forward to close gaps in the planning.
