Navigate the Gantt diagram

  1. Choose Production Management in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Click the element Departments, Machines, (External) Work Centers, Resource Groups or Planning Cells.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Choose a department, machine, (external) work center, resource group or planning cell.
    • Choose My 'Element'.
    • Choose a filter.
  4. Choose the tab Planning.
  5. To navigate the Gantt diagram, do one of the following:
    • Use the horizontal or vertical scroll bar to navigate.
    • Use the arrow keys to navigate.
    • Click or to zoom in and out on the operations.
    • Click or to proceed to the first planned or last planned operation.
    • Click Time now to view the planning from the current point of time.

    To drag the time line do the following:

    • Drag the scroll bar at the bottom.
    • Click and drag in the time line.

    To zoom in and out in the planning board do the following:

    • ctrl + scroll wheel.
    • SHIFT + click and drag in the time line.
