Add a new inspection sheet

There are 4 types of inspection sheets that can be added:

• an inspection sheet to check the receipt (no items), see Add a receipt inspection sheet.
• an inspection sheet to check the inventory (items), see Add an inventory inspection sheet.
• an inspection sheet to check the serial number, see Add a serial number inspection sheet.
• an inspection sheet to check produced items, before physical inventory is created, see Add a production inspection sheet.
