Add an inventory inspection sheet

  1. Choose Inspection Management > Inspection Sheets in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Right-click Inspection Sheets or My Inspection Sheets in the Navigation Pane and choose New Inspection Sheet in the shortcut menu.
    • Click New Inspection Sheet in the toolbar.
  3. Choose Inventory Inspection from the drop-down menu Type.
  4. In the option group General, complete the fields below:
    FieldExplanation
    Name

    The name of the inspection sheet.

    For example: Inspections for beer.

    Description

    The description of the inspection sheet.

    For example: Execute the required inspections on beer.

    ID Field to be completed at your discretion, to assign an individual ID.
    Category Field to be completed at your discretion, to assign an individual category.
    Count References If checked, the inspection result of a reference can only be 'OK' if all the mandatory instructions are executed for this reference.
    Use AQL AQL = Acceptance Quality Limit

    AQL determines how many References need to be inspected to be representative for a whole batch in stock or produced items. This option can only be checked if 'Count References' has already been checked.

  5. In the option group QC Status you can check the QC Status field to automatically change the QC status of the inventory to be inspected as soon as this inspection sheet is created.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Select the inspection instructions that you want to add to the inspection sheet.
  8. Click Finish.
  9. Where applicable, add free fields. See Edit free fields via icon (Configurator).
  10. Where applicable, add translations. See Add translations via icon (Configurator).
