Add documents to an inspection instruction

Documents can be added to an inspection instruction to explain it.
  1. Choose Inspection Management > Inspection Instructions in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Select the inspection instruction.
  3. In the sub tab Documents , click New Document .
  4. In the option group Properties, enter the following data:
    FieldExplanation
    Name Name of the document.
    Description Description of the document.
    Category Field to be completed at your discretion, to assign an individual category.
    Type

    Choose one of the following types:

    • Text
    • HTML Text
    • URL
    • File Path
    • Repository File
    • Database
    • Sharepoint
    • Item Document

  5. Click Finish.
