Delete a hold reason

A hold reason preceded by the symbol cannot be deleted.

1. Choose Warehouse Management > Task Reasons > Hold Reasons in the Navigation Pane.
2. Select the hold reason in the tab Hold Reasons.
3. Do one of the following:
   • Click Delete Hold Reason .
   • Right-click the selection and choose Delete Hold Reason in the shortcut menu.
4. Confirm in the dialog box Delete Hold Reason.
