Overrule the replenish item settings

By default, the Item Settings and Replenishment Options are inherited from the ASRS settings. These settings can be overruled for a specific item via this procedure.
  1. Choose Warehouse Management > ASRS in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Select the SKU ASRS in the Data Pane
  3. Select the sub tab Replenish Items.
  4. Select the item to be overruled, and click Overrule Item .
    Overrule Item is a toggle button. If enabled, the settings of the replenish item can be edited.
  5. In the option group Item Settings, complete the fields below where necessary:

    Replenishment Trigger Replenishment takes place when the inventory is on or below the set number of SKUs.
    Replenishment Quantity

    Replenishment will take place with the number of units entered. Choose from the drop-down menu whether it concerns SKU or LPN units.
  6. If the replenishment quantity is expressed in LPN, an LPN Type can be selected:

    This setting can only be set when overruling!

    Replenishment takes place with the chosen LPN type. Click Select LPN Type and choose the pack configuration, the container type or choose None.
  7. Where applicable, in the option group Replenishment Options, check the following options:

    Grouped Replenishment

    When checked, replenishment of the ASRS can be grouped with replenishment of other ASRSs, pick locations and/or pick zones that also have this option checked.

    Create LPN

    This option enables the possibility to replenish to less than full LPNs. The picking will be executed to a temporary container which will be used for the replenishment. The default container for the item will be used.

    This option can be checked if the Replenishment Quantity (step 5) is set to SKU.
    If this option is checked, it is also possible to check the option Grouped Replenishment.
    To return to the settings of the SKU ASRS, click the toggle button again (Undo Overruling of Item).
