View events of a task

Only when a task receives the ERROR status, will an event be registered.

For example: 20 units must be picked, but only 10 are available. The task will receive the status ERROR, and an event with an error message will be registered.

  1. Choose Warehouse Management > Pick Zones in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Select the pick zone.
  3. Choose the tab General > Items.
  4. Select one or more items.
  5. Select one or more tasks in the sub tab Pickings or the sub tab Putaways.
  6. Click Events .
  7. View the events of the task.
  8. Click OK.
