Recipe operations

After adding an operation (4) to a recipe, the following can be added to the operation:

• resources (5)

  You can restrict or expand the production to specific machines per recipe. This built-in logic makes the planning of production orders much easier. Depending on the product and its quantity, Objective will show the possible recipes and routing throughout the production and the system will suggest the recommended (default) recipe.

• production segments (6) (setup, load, production, unload and reset possible)
• inputs (7) and outputs (8) (possibly phantom outputs)
• tools (9) (module Advanced Equipment Management required)
• instructions (10) and instruction sheets (11) (module Process & Quality Management required)

  By adding an operation to the recipe the instructions and instruction sheets of the operation are carried over automatically. If necessary, the existing instructions and instruction sheets can be overruled or disabled, or new ones can be added.
