Remove inventory

If (for example after a stock check) less inventory is found than registered in Objective, inventory can be removed to correct the inventory quantity. Inventory can also be removed if it has expired.

When removing the inventory, all matching serial numbers are removed for serial number verified items.

  1. Choose the tab Stock.
  2. Set how you wish to view the stock, see View inventory.
  3. Select one or more inventories.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • Click Remove Inventory .
    • Right-click the inventory and choose Remove Inventory in the shortcut menu.
  5. You may have to refine the selection of the inventory. Click Next.
  6. Choose in the drop-down menu Reason, the reason for the inventory adjustment.
    The inventory adjustment reasons were entered with the Configurator. For example: UNKNOWN - Inventory cannot be found; EXPIRED - Inventory has expired and cannot be sold anymore; QC MODIFIED - QC status is edited,...
  7. Click Finish.
