Actualize the planning
When actualizing the planning all the operations that are still not active but which are planned for before the current time, are moved to the current time, taking into account any set delays. Depending on the settings, the unplanned time (X) will be retained (1) or not retained (2). See Retain gaps when moving delayed activities to the current timestamp.
- Choose in the Navigation Pane.
- Select the planning cell.
- Choose the tab Planning.

Do one of the following:
To actualize the planning of Action all operations in the Gantt diagram Click Move delayed activities to the current timestamp 
in the toolbar of the Gantt diagram.all operations of one resource - Right-click on the resource in the Gantt diagram and choose Actualize Planning in the shortcut menu
- Select the resource in the Gantt diagram and select Move delayed activities to the current timestamp
in the toolbar of the sub tab Planning.
