Allocate a KIT order

Only a Kit order with the status PLANNED can be allocated. This involves checking whether all required items are in stock, reserving the inventory and creating pick tasks. The pick tasks receive the status PLANNED.

  1. Choose VAL, Kit & Repack Management > Kit Orders in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Select one or more KIT orders.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Click Allocate Kit Order in the toolbar of the tab Kit Orders.
    • Right-click the selection and choose Allocate Kit Order in the shortcut menu.
  4. Confirm in the dialog box Allocate Kit Order.
