Cancel the unloading of an LPN

The LPN for which an unload task was provided, may not be unloaded. The unload task is canceled. The LPN stays on the truck.

  1. Choose Outbound Management > Shipments in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Select a shipment.
  3. Choose the sub tab Overview LPNs.
  4. Select one or more LPNs.
  5. Do one of the following:
    • Click Cancel Unload in the toolbar.
    • Right-click the selection and choose Cancel Unload in the shortcut menu.
  6. Confirm in the dialog box Cancel Unload.
