Loading and unloading

On release, the load tasks of the marshaled goods are released for execution. On release, the load tasks of the marshaled goods are released for execution. The tasks can be executed system directed or menu directed (operator chooses shipment and scans marshaled LPNs), to your preference.

As soon as the items are ready at the marshaling location, they can be loaded. In the tab Overview LPNs the overview of all LPNs that must be loaded will appear. Every line is a load task for the operator.

The supervisor can:

  • Cancel the loading of an LPN (1), the LPN will not be loaded onto the truck.
  • Add an unload task (3), the LPN must be removed from the truck.
  • Cancel an unload task (4), the task to take the LPN from the truck is canceled.
  • Add a load task (2), the LPN for which the load task was canceled must be loaded after all.
  • Unload the LPN (5), if it appears that the LPN, in reality, was not loaded onto the truck.

The loading of a shipment can be blocked (temporarily) by the supervisor. For example, if loading a shipment must take place, or be continued, at another loading dock or if the loading sequence must be changed.
