View asset history

Receipt, shipment and edits of assets are tracked and can be retrieved via the asset history.

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Select an asset controlled container type. Choose the tab Asset Management and select the supplier, carrier (transporter), customer or own inventory.
    • Select the value in the container type column and the supplier, carrier (transporter), customer or own inventory rows.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Click Asset History in the toolbar.
    • Right-click the value and choose Asset History.
  3. Select one of the following options:
    • Show asset history for selected container
    • Show asset history for all container types

    To have an immediate overview by location (supplier, carrier (transporter), customer or own inventory), do one of the following:

    • Right-click the location and choose Asset History.
    • Click a location and choose Asset History in the toolbar.
  4. Click Finish.
  5. Use a time filter to select the desired period.
  6. View the history of the assets.
  7. Click OK.
