Reset a task

Only tasks with the status HELD or ERROR can be reset. Upon resetting a task is revalidated. For example: A task without destination will receive the status ERROR. Enter the destination and reset the task. The task will receive the status RELEASED (or, if the destination issue has not been resolved, will remain in the status ERROR).

  1. Set the grouping of tasks, see Set grouping of tasks.
  2. Select the detail (task status HELD).
  3. Select one or more tasks from the tab Open Tasks.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • Click Reset Task in the toolbar.
    • Right-click the selection and choose Reset Task in the shortcut menu.
