Edit a pick order

When editing a pick order, only the priority can be adjusted, and the drop off location(s) or zone(s) can be selected or removed.
  1. Choose Warehouse Management > Pick Orders in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Search for and select the pick order.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Click Edit Pick Order in the toolbar.
    • Right-click the pick order and choose Edit Pick Order in the shortcut menu.
    The dialog box Edit Pick Order Wizard will appear.
  4. Where applicable, in the option group Order Info, edit the following fields:

    Priority

    The pick task with the highest priority will be offered first to the operator (depending on his work profile).

    When the priority of a pick order is changed, the pick lists and the pick tasks in the lists will automatically receive the same priority.

    Choose in the drop-down menu Priority one of the following values: Very High, High, Normal, Low, Very Low.

  5. In the option group Drop Off Info, enter the following data:

    Drop Off Locations / Zones

    Do one of the following to add one or drop off locations or zones to the pick order:

    • In the field Drop Off Locations / Zones, enter the name of the drop off location or zone and press Enter.
    • Click Add drop off location / area , choose the drop off location(s) or area(s) and click Finish.
    • Click Alt + D, select the drop off location(s) or area(s) and click Finish.

    To remove one or more drop off location(s) or area(s) for the pick order, select the drop off location(s) or zone(s) in the list, and click Remove drop off location / area .

    Use the arrows to set the sequence of the drop off location(s) or zone(s).

  6. Click Finish.
