Configuration

First, the resource types need to be configured as overarching entity for machines and/or work centers which have the same function. Subsequently, the machines and/or work centers can be added.

To a machine or work center, documents (4) can be added, and if required the machine or the work center can be added to a department (3).

If the module Print Management is available, printers (5) can be added to machines en work centers.
