Abort a delivery

  1. Select the delivery:
    • Choose Outbound Management > Deliveries in the Navigation Pane. Select the delivery.
    • Choose Outbound Management > Orders in the Navigation Pane. Select the order. Choose the sub tab Deliveries and select the delivery.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Click Abort Delivery in the toolbar.
    • Right-click the selection and choose Abort Delivery in the shortcut menu.
  3. Confirm in the dialog box Abort Delivery.
