Close a putaway line

A putaway line can only be closed when either the receipt line or the production line has been closed.

For example: In case of a wrong delivery, the putaway line can be closed so that the wrong goods do not end up in the warehouse.

  1. Choose Inbound Management > Putaways in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Choose the tab Putaways in the Data Pane.
  3. Select the putaway lines you want to close.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • Click Close Putaway Line .
    • Right-click the selection and choose Close Putaway Line in the shortcut menu.
  5. Confirm in the dialog box Close Putaway Line.
