Add an address to a supplier

You can add addresses and contact information to a supplier.

  1. Choose Logistics Management > Suppliers in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Select the supplier.
  3. Choose the tab Addresses.
  4. Click Add Address .
  5. Select the address type in the dialog box Add Address.
    • Postal Address, to add an administrative address.
    • Delivery Address, to add a delivery address. This is, for example, applicable for the returning of non-conform items or the sending of inputs to an external work center.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Edit the Name of the address and enter the additional address and contact details.

    The address added first will be the default address.

    If you have assigned multiple addresses to the supplier, select the address you would like to be the default address and click Set as Default Address .
