Set the default visitor profile

The most used visitor profile can be used as default. When the supervisor adds a new visitor, this profile is entered by default.
  1. Choose System Management > TA Settings > Visitor Management Settings in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Choose Configuration > Visitor Settings in the Data Pane.
  3. Do one of the following in the option group Default Visitor Profile:
    • Click Visitor Profile Selection, select the visitor profile and click Finish.
    • Enter the name of the visitor profile in the field Visitor profile and press ENTER.
    • Press ALT + P, select the visitor profile and click Finish.
