Set the PIN code

Here you can set the length of the PIN Code. This PIN Code is generated when a visitor is added with a visitor profile that uses a PIN Code.
  1. Choose System Management > TA Settings > Visitor Management Settings in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Choose Configuration > Visitor Settings in the Data Pane.
  3. In the option group PIN Code, complete the fields below:

    Prefix To avoid that numbers from a previous visitor get stuck in the system, the numbers are preceded by a prefix. The prefix consists of 1 or more characters and will only appear on the printout of the visitor pass. Usually, # is used as a prefix.
    # Digits The total number of digits that make up the PIN Code.
