Inspection instruction

Module Inspection & Quality Management required.

You can have the operator inspect a batch, LPN or serial number before, during or after the operation. Depending on the settings in the inspection sheet, the inspections can be carried out at the location (inline) by the operator and/or in an inspection station or lab (offline).

A trigger (T) determines when the instruction (2) of an operation (1) must be carried out. An inspection sheet (4) is linked to the inspection instruction (3). The inspection sheet consists of a number of inspection instructions (5).
