You can set the visibility / feasibility for all instructions. By default, an instruction is visible / feasible to anyone, but is possible to only make an instruction visible / feasible to employees with specific user privileges or specific skills.

- In the Supervisor, the visibility setting of the instruction is not followed if it is in an instruction sheet, the instructions will then always be visible.
- In the Objective Operator Client, the visibility setting will also be followed if the instruction is in an instruction sheet.
- The execution setting is always followed, also for instructions in an instruction sheet.
