Add direct labor

Direct labor is added automatically as soon as the operator starts an activity. If the operator had not logged in (for example, he forgot to log in) the supervisor can still add direct labor afterwards.

  1. Choose Production Management > Direct Activities in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Search for and select one or more direct activities.
  3. Select the tab Direct Activity Analysis > Direct Labor in the Data Pane.
  4. Click Add Direct Labor .
  5. Click Job Selection .
  6. Set a filter, select a job and click Finish.
  7. Click Activity Selection .
  8. Select an activity and click OK.
  9. Where applicable, edit the Start and the Stop in the option group Labor Duration.
    The start and stop time of the direct labor must be in the period between the start and stop time of the job!
  10. Click Select Employee .
  11. Select one or more employees and click Finish.
  12. Select one or more employees and click Show Active Labor to review whether the selected employees are active or not during the selected period.
  13. Select one or more employees and click Show Direct Labor to review whether the selected employees have conflicting direct labor or not during the selected period.
  14. Click Finish.
