Configure OEE targets

You can add targets to a production process. The actual registered values will be compared to these entered targets. The values are displayed in red in the Supervisor if the actual OEE values are lower than the OEE targets. The targets are usually set for a resource. However, they can also be set for an operation or item (in combination with a resource or operation) or an operation for a specific resource.

Before configuring the OEE targets, the following elements must be configured first:

• Machines and work centers
• Operations
• Item Groups
• Items

Information on the availability, productivity, quality and capacity of the machines, work centers, operations, item groups and items should be available. In this way the OEE targets to be configured can be best approximated.
