Delete a reject reason group

When a reject reason group is still in use, it cannot be deleted!

To delete a reject reason group that is still in use, you must first delete the reject reason group from the machines, work centers or equipment modules it is used in.

1. Choose Production Management > Reject Reasons in the Navigation Pane.
2. Select one or more reject reason groups in the tab Reject Reason Groups.
3. Do one of the following:
   • Click Delete Reject Reason Group in the toolbar.
   • Right-click the selection and choose Delete Reject Reason Group in the shortcut menu.
4. Confirm in the dialog box Delete Reject Reason Group.
5. Possibly, the dialog box Delete Reject Reason Group will appear, with an overview of the resources the reject reason group is used for. In this case, delete the reject reason group from the resources and repeat from step 1.
6. Possibly, the dialog box Delete Reject Reason Group will appear. Check whether in this case all reject reasons in this reject reason group can be deleted. Click:
   • Yes, to delete all reject reasons.
   • No, to cancel the deletion.
