Delete a reject reason

When a reject reason is still in use, it cannot be deleted!

To delete a reject reason that is still in use, you must first delete the reject reason from all positions in the counter tags.

Choose Production Management > Reject Reasons in the Navigation Pane.
Select the reject reason group in the tab Reject Reason Groups.
Choose the sub tab Reject Reasons.
Select one or more reject reasons.
Do one of the following:
- Click Delete Reject Reason in the toolbar.
- Right-click the selection and choose Delete Reject Reason in the shortcut menu.
Confirm in the dialog box Delete Reject Reason.
Possibly, the dialog box Delete Reject Reason will appear. The reject reason cannot be deleted. The dialog box shows you an overview of where the reject reason is used. Delete the reject reason there.
