Add a template phase

A template phase can be considered as a blueprint for the actual phase.
  1. Choose Production Management > Resource Types and select the resource type in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Go to the tab Template Phases in the Data Pane.
  3. Click Add Phase.
  4. Make a choice between the following types in the option group Type:
    FieldExplanation

    Automatic

    All the information will be sent to the devices at the start of the operation. The operator doesn't have to do anything.
    Manual

    No information will be sent. The operator will have to do everything manually.
    Data Certain data will be sent to the devices at the start of the operation.
    Semi-Automatic Information will be sent to the devices at the start of the phase.
  5. In the option group General, complete the fields below:
    FieldExplanation

    Name

    (mandatory field)

    The name of the template phase.
    ID Field to be completed at your discretion, to assign an individual ID.
    Description The description of the template phase. Click Edit Translations . If required, enter the Name and Description for the different languages. Click OK.
    Category Make a choice in the drop-down menu Category or enter a free choice in the text field.
    Device ID

    (mandatory field)

    Enter the device ID.
    Device Command Enter the device command.
    Write Prefix Enter the prefix.
  6. Click Finish.
