Generate a report

Before being able to generate a report, the reports must first be created for the relevant element. See Add a report.

Example: If you select a machine, the report OEE Report will appear in the Reports menu.

  1. Click the element in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • In the menu bar select Reports and select the report that you want to generate.
    • Right-click the element, choose Reports in the shortcut menu and then choose the report you want to generate.
  3. The dialog box Wizard Report 'Report Name' may appear.
  4. Enter all the required parameters.
  5. Click Finish.
  6. The report is generated.
    You can print the report or you can save it in jrprint, pdf, rtf, odt, odt, docx, htm, html, xls (single sheet or multiple sheet) or csv format.
  7. Click OK to close the report.
