Edit the report parameters

  1. Select Reports > Report Manager in the menu bar.
  2. In the drop-down menu Context select the path where the file is stored.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Select the report and click Edit Parameters .
    • Right-click the report and choose Edit Parameters in the shortcut menu.
  4. The dialog box Wizard Edit Parameters will appear, containing the parameters that can be edited.
  5. The following properties can be assigned to the parameters:
    • Input, when generating a report the user must enter the value for this parameter. This value must be entered by default. Where applicable, uncheck Required so that the value does not have to be entered as a mandatory value.
    • Fixed, a fixed value is entered.
    • Attribute, the parameter takes over the value of the selected attribute.
    The LANGUAGE parameter is included in the list of parameters by default. This parameter can be entered by the user (Input), it can be set (Fixed) or it can take the value of the selected attribute (Attribute).
  6. Click Finish.
  7. Click Finish.
