Edit specific requirements
When loading requirements, the basic requirements (1 team leader, for example) and the production requirements (2 operators, for example) are loaded. You may have extra requirements for specific skills on specific days for specific shifts. You can select and edit the various requirements.
Example 1: For the early shift on Monday morning and the late shift on Friday all skills must be reinforced with 1 FTE.
- Choose in the Navigation Pane.
- Select the planning cell.
- Choose the tab Planning in the Data Pane.
- Use a time filter to select the desired period.
- Select one or more requirements in the requirements pane.
- Right-click the skill and choose Edit Skill Requirement in the shortcut menu.

From the option group Required, choose one of the following options (FTE = Full Time Equivalent):
Option Explanation Set to ... FTE Enter the number of FTEs that should be set for the requirement of the skill. Increment with ... FTE Enter the number of FTEs with which the requirement of the skill should be incremented. Decrement with ... FTE Enter the number of FTEs with which the requirement of the skill should be decremented. - Click Finish.
