Add multiple visits

If there are multiple visits with mostly identical information (linked to the same employee and the same visitor profile,...), they can be added as follows:

  1. Choose Access Management > Visitors in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Choose the tab Visitors in the Data Pane.
  3. Click Add Multiple Visitors in the toolbar.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • If it is a new visitor, complete the option groups Visitor and Company Info.
    • If it is a returning visitor: Click Filter Returning Visitors or press ALT + V, select the visitor and click Finish.
    Click Edit Visitor to add additional company information.
  5. Where applicable, in the option group Additional Information, enter the license plate and the reason for the visit.
  6. To link the visitor to a contact person in the company, do one of the following in the option group Contact:
    • Enter the employee ID in the field Employee and press ENTER.
    • Click Filter Employee, select an employee and click Finish.
    • Press ALT + E, select an employee and click Finish.
  7. Do one of the following in the option group Profile:
    • Enter the name of the visitor profile in the field Visitor Profile and press ENTER.
    • Click Visitor Profile Selection, select an employee and click Finish.
    • Press ALT + P, select a visitor profile and click Finish.
  8. You can check the following options, if applicable:

    Automatic Login The visitor will be automatically logged in in the access area mentioned. The visitor does not have to use a badge or a PIN code.
    Automatic Print Once the wizard is finished, the visitor pass will be printed automatically.
  9. Where applicable, click in the fields Valid From and Until to edit the access period.
  10. If a badge is used, do one of the following:
    • Enter the ID of the badge.
    • Click Filter Badges , select a badge that is not yet in use, and click Finish.
  11. Click Finish.
    The visitor has been added. The dialog box will be refreshed. The field Name will be cleared, and if a PIN code is used, a new PIN code will be generated.
  12. In the field Name, enter the name of the visitor and press ENTER.
  13. Edit the data, if needed.
  14. If a badge is used, do one of the following:
    • Enter the ID of the badge.
    • Click Filter Badges , select a badge that is not yet in use, and click Finish.
  15. Do one of the following:
    • To add another visitor, click Finish and repeat from step 12.
    • To close the wizard, click Cancel.
