Duplicate a visit
You can duplicate a visit to generate a visit that is similar to an existing visit.
Example 1: An existing visit takes place every month.
Example 2: A visitor is joined by his colleague.
- Choose Access Management > Visitors in the Navigation Pane.
- Choose the tab Visitors in the Data Pane.

Select a visit and do one of the following:
- Click Duplicate Visitor in the toolbar.
- Right-click the selection and choose Duplicate Visitor in the shortcut menu.

Do one of the following:
- If it is a new visitor, complete the option groups Visitor and Company Info.
- If it is a returning visitor: Click Filter Returning Visitors or press ALT + V, select the visitor and click Finish.
Click Edit Visitor to add additional company information. - If necessary, in the option group Additional Information, edit the license plate and the reason for the visit.

To link the visitor to a different contact person in the company, do one of the following in the option group Contact:
- Enter the employee ID in the field Employee and press ENTER.
- Click Filter Employee, select an employee and click Finish.
- Press ALT + E, select an employee and click Finish.

To edit the visitor profile, do one of the following in the option group Profile:
- Enter the name of the visitor profile in the field Visitor Profile and press ENTER.
- Click Visitor Profile Selection, select an employee and click Finish.
- Press ALT + P, select a visitor profile and click Finish.

Where applicable, (un)check the following options:
Option Explanation Automatic Login The visitor will be automatically logged in in the access area mentioned. The visitor does not have to use a badge or a PIN code. Automatic Print Once the wizard is finished, the visitor pass will be printed automatically. - Where applicable, click in the fields Valid From and Until to edit the access period.

Do one of the following to use a(nother) badge:
- Enter the ID of the badge.
- Click Filter Badges , select a badge that is not yet in use, and click Finish.
- Click Finish.
