Add indirect labor

Indirect labor is added automatically, as soon as the operator starts an indirect activity. If the operator had not logged on (for example, he forgot to log on) the supervisor can still add indirect labor afterwards.

  1. Choose Production Management > Indirect Activities in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Search for and select one or more indirect activities.
  3. Select the tab Indirect Activity Analysis > Indirect Labor in the Data Pane.
  4. Click Add Indirect Labor .
  5. Click Resource Selection .
  6. Select a resource.
  7. Click Finish.
  8. Click Activity Selection .
  9. Select an activity.
  10. Click Finish.
  11. Where applicable, edit the Start and the Stop in the option group Labor Duration.
    Future start and stop times are not allowed!
  12. Click Select Employee .
  13. Select one or more employees and click Finish.
  14. Select one or more employees and click Show Active Labor to review whether the selected employees are active or not during the selected period.
  15. Select one or more employees and click Show Indirect Labor to review whether the selected employees have conflicting indirect labor during the selected period.
  16. Click Finish.
