Consolidate production operations

It is possible to consolidate production operations in the MES Operator Client, if the following conditions are met:

• Common operation within 2 or more production orders which need to be executed simultaneously.
• Different outputs, so that the outputs can be linked to the right production order after finishing the operations

After consolidation of the operations in the MES Operator Client, a consolidation production order will be generated. The consolidated operation can be executed the same way as other operations. After finishing the consolidated operation, the consolidation production order is closed. The source production orders will get the status STOPPED, and can still be finished if necessary.

Produced quantity, OEE figures... are recorded at the level of the source production orders. It remains also traceable which production operations were consolidated.
