Delete an interrupt reason group

When an interrupt reason group is still in use, it cannot be deleted!

To delete an interrupt reason group that is still in use, you must first delete the interrupt reason group from the machines, work centers or equipment modules it is used in.

1. Choose Production Management > Interrupt Reasons in the Navigation Pane.
2. Select one or more interrupt reason groups in the sub tab Interrupt Reason Groups.
3. Do one of the following:
   • Click Delete Interrupt Reason Group in the toolbar.
   • Right-click the selection and choose Delete Interrupt Reason Group in the shortcut menu.
4. Confirm in the dialog box Delete Interrupt Reason Group.
5. Possibly, the dialog box Delete Interrupt Reason Group will appear. The interrupt reason group cannot be deleted. The dialog box shows you an overview of the resources the interrupt reason group is used in. Delete the interrupt reason group from the resources and repeat from step 1.
6. Possibly, the dialog box Delete Interrupt Reason Group will appear. Check whether in this case all interrupt reasons in this interrupt reason group can be deleted. Click:
   • Yes, to delete all interrupt reasons.
   • No, to cancel the deletion.
