Add a department to a touch device

By adding a department to a device, you allow that device to connect to all the machines and work centers of that department.

  1. Choose Resource Management > Devices in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Choose the tab Touch Devices in the Data Pane.
  3. Choose a touch device.
  4. Choose the vertical tab Production > sub tab Departments.
  5. Click Add Department .
  6. In the dialog box Add Department choose one or more departments.
  7. Click Finish.
    • A device can be added to multiple departments.
    • To remove a department, select the department and click Delete Department.
