Limit the number of data

In order not to overload the application, the amount of data to be retrieved from the database can be limited.
  1. Choose Tools > Preferences.
  2. Click the Data tab.
  3. In Maximum Record Count choose:
    • Limited: enter the maximum number of data that you want to see in the data pane (for example: 1000),
    • Unlimited: All data is shown.
  4. Click OK.
